Shipping Information

Our packages are shipped with track & trace regardless of their final destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

For pre-orders, the estimated shipping time will be indicated in the product description. Packages will be shipped when the pre-ordered items are ready, according to this estimated time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times (these may vary according to the destination country, need for customs control etc.):

- domestic: 3-7 business days

- EU: 7-10 business days

- international: 10-14 business days

Import Tax
When ordering goods for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. MATCHALICIOUS GIRL is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs or duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Items
MATCHALICIOUS GIRL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. MATCHALICIOUS GIRL will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company immediately after shipping. We do not accept any responsibility for lost packages.

Return Policy

Should you like to return an item, please contact me by email at matchaliciousgirl@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will provide all the necessary information and instructions for returning your item.

Please note:

The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
